You will be completing a chart that will show what you have actually eaten vs. your goal food groups from My Plate. You will have the totals from your food diary and you will plug them into the chart and fill out the over/short columns.

1. Download the template to your google docs account
2. Fill in all of the columns for your actual vs. goal. Your goal amount of food from the food groups will be on the individual chart from My Plate.
3.Be sure to correctly fill out the over and short columns.
4. When finished with the chart, click the blue share button on your google doc
5. Choose only "anyone with link" from the share settings page and click save
6. Copy the link that appears at the top of the next window
7. Come back to the wiki, type your name below and paste your link
